This is a title we created to describe someone that helps to facilitate and guide you on the path to reconnecting and maintaining your inner child connection. Play is an important part of life, it is essential for the healing process and brings joy and balance within our work-driven adult life.

As a former preschool teacher of 14 yrs and a special needs teacher to this day, I am a human who has spent a good amount of my life with children and observing their way of being, I have learned a great deal from these wise little souls. As adults we can forget to play, and stray from the connection of our inner child. Reconnecting and maintaining reconnection with this part of ourselves brings us back to a time where we have the freedom and purity of unconditional love. There is nothing more healing than this pure kind of love.

I’ll have a consultation with you about what recreational interests you have and what brought you joy as a child. I offer guided meditation to connect you deeply to your inner child. We can then plan play activities around you and your inner child’s needs depending on your space, preference, and environment. This includes anything from physical play to music, and arts and crafts. I also make it a point to bring play into yoga practice.
